The Distillery’s activities cover a broad spectrum - from the creation of bioethanol to the production of award-winning fruit spirits to brewing beer. In the fermentation room, genetically modified yeasts can be cultivated under S1 conditions.
In the licensed distillery, there are three tanks with 150 L volume that serve to work on the qualitative improvement of fruit spirits. The equipment also includes a small-batch malting system and a micro-brewery. Bachelor’s and Master's theses are regularly carried out with this system to produce alternative beers.
All technical centers with pilot plants
