The overall goal of the proposed study is to investigate the effect of the intake of a) different fat concentrations and b) different fat types on neuronal brain activation and subsequently eating behavior, satiation and satiety. Most of all, we want to examine whether neuronal patterns during and after fat intake can predict satiety and subsequent food intake and whether fat concentration and fat type influcence this prediction.
